On the afternoon of 25 November, the Auditorium of the University of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria (ULPGC) hosted the tribute ceremony for retired teaching and research staff. The Faculty of Economics, Business and Tourism (FEET), represented by the Vice-Dean of the Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Lecturer M.ª Gracia García Soto, attended the event to accompany colleagues who have dedicated many years to our classrooms.
The ceremony recognised the outstanding careers, commitment, and exemplary contributions of those who, throughout their professional lives, have supported the university’s academic and human development.
In this edition, FEET had the honour of extending its warmest congratulations to Francisca Rosa Álamo Vera and Leonardo Romero Quintero, who conclude their professional stage after years of exceptional service. Their teaching, research, and administrative work have left a significant mark on the university community.
The Faculty expresses its most sincere appreciation and wishes them a fulfilling and enriching new chapter.
