On October 9th, the European Business Ethics Network (EBEN) Research Conference became an important platform for scholars, professionals, and thought leaders to address pressing issues in business ethics. This conference aims to explore the intersection of business ethics, innovation, and sustainability, fostering dialogue on how organizations can conduct business responsibly while ensuring ethical decision-making and long-term social well-being.

In the latest edition held in Cádiz (Spain), researchers Daniel Dorta-Afonso, Deybbi Cuéllar-Molina, and Claudia Benítez-Núñez, from the University of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria (ULPGC), were awarded the Best Paper Award for their work titled “Impact of Algorithmic Management on the OCB of Food Delivery Platform Workers.

This recognition highlights the relevance of the research carried out by the Faculty’s scholars in the field of business ethics and management within digital platforms.
