Academic Background
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration (ADE), or a related field.
- Additional training in taxation, auditing, or management control is highly valued.
Requirements
- Experience in accounting or administration, particularly in positions of responsibility.
- Solid knowledge of current accounting regulations (such as the Spanish General Accounting Plan).
- Proficiency with accounting software.
- High level of English (C1 or equivalent). Knowledge of German or Norwegian will be an asset.
- Preferably residing in the South of Gran Canaria.
Main Responsibilities
- Preparing accounting entries.
- Preparing annual tax filings for non-residents.
- Monthly and yearly accounting closings.
- Preparing year-end reports and budgets.
- Monitoring owners’ balances, bank reconciliations, and taxation.
- Coordinating audits.
- Leading a team and making strategic decisions under pressure.
