On Thursday, March 27, the ULPGC Open Days were held in morning and afternoon sessions. This event is aimed specifically at students in their second year of High School and Advanced Vocational Training. Still, it is also open to parents and anyone interested in learning more about the ULPGC.

The morning session was broadcast live. Both sessions took place in the auditorium, with many students in attendance. The Dean and Vice Dean of Communication and Research and the students gave a presentation in which they introduced the students to the different degrees and double degrees offered by the Faculty.

Videos were shown describing the characteristics of each degree, the mobility and exchange programs, and the various agreements held by the Faculty of Business, Economics, and Tourism. Information was provided about the mentor program to support students in their first weeks at the Faculty and the “Training in Mathematics for Economics and Business” course to help those entering the Faculty lacking training in this area.

Students from the Faculty’s student council shared information with those who visited us and accompanied them on a tour of the various buildings to facilitate their familiarization with the Faculty’s facilities.
