    Profile:

    ·       Final year students of a degree in Law and Business Administration / Business Administration / Accounting and Finance or similar. Master’s degree is valued. ·       Motivation for practice in accounting consultancy or administration or accounting department. ·       Intermediate level of English. ·       Availability with immediate incorporation upon signing annex of 6-month internship at Full Time.

     

    The functions would be the following:

    ·       Accounting and accounting closings. ·       Preparation and presentation of Annual Accounts and Official Books. ·       Preparation, liquidation and control of taxes for medium and large companies in different sectors of activity. ·       SII: Immediate Information System for the Tax Authority. ·       Preparation of appeals and documents in response to requests from the Tax Authority. ·       Invoicing for large Spanish and Portuguese companies. ·       Completion of Bank of Spain forms. ·       Analysis of customer credit. ·       Inventory and reconciliation of fixed assets with equity.

    The firm Guerra Cardona Consultores, S.L. has started a selection process for one of its clients in order to fill the position of Accounting and Administrative Director.

    The characteristics to be met are the following:

    Professional with experience in the accounting area and who is looking for a new challenge in a dynamic and growing environment, working hand in hand with the company’s management. We need to incorporate an Accounting and Administrative Director to join our team.

    Main Responsibilities:

    Accounting manager for all areas
    Bank reconciliation.
    Account balancing.
    Generation of accounting reports for management

    Candidate Requirements:

    Training appropriate to the position
    Minimum of 3 years’ experience performing the tasks described.
    General knowledge of office automation.
