They also explained the objectives and key features of the training program, which has been designed to prepare the company’s future managers through a combination of practical learning and leadership development.

The program is paid and lasts approximately 9 months, providing participants with a comprehensive overview of various areas of the company, including sales, logistics, human resources, marketing, finance, technology, planning, and projects. It also includes specific training in leadership, team management, and managerial skill development.

The event generated significant interest among FEET students. As part of the selection process, interested candidates submitted their CVs to apply for a place on the program. Following the presentation, HiperDino conducted interviews with selected candidates in order to identify profiles aligned with the company’s needs and values.

According to the information shared during the session, the Retail Excellence Program will begin on 1 October 2026 and run until June 2027, offering participants a valuable opportunity for professional development and career growth within the company.
