On February 7th, Professor Dr. Alexander Lübbe gave a talk entitled “Strategies to Manage Your Time and Self-Organization” in the audiovisual room of IDeTIC.
This talk explored the Getting Things Done (GTD) method, an effective strategy to improve personal and professional productivity. GTD can transform the work dynamics in teams and organizations, improving collaboration, planning and project execution. Strategies to implement GTD in work environments were highlighted, achieving more structured, agile and efficient processes.
