The Master’s Degree in Marketing and International Trade (MUMCI) at the ULPGC featured Octavio Urquía del Pino, a graduate of our university, to give the talk “CRM as a strategy to build customer loyalty and satisfaction.” Our students had the opportunity to discover how the strategic use of tools like CRM can transform customer relationships, improve their experience, and enhance loyalty in highly competitive environments. Thank you, Octavio, for returning home and generously sharing your knowledge and extensive experience in the application of CRM with the MUMCI students. It is an honor to have alumni like you.
