We are looking for an exceptional receptionist to join our team at one of the most important hotels in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria.
Responsibilities:
Welcome guests with a smile and provide excellent customer service.
Check-in and check-out of guests in an efficient and friendly manner.
Provide information about the hotel, available services, and local attractions.
Answer phone calls and emails, attending to the queries and needs of guests.
Manage payments and billing accurately.
Keep the front desk tidy and ensure promotional materials are up to date.
Resolve any guest issues or complaints quickly and effectively.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a receptionist in a hotel environment is preferred but optional.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and German.
Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
They are oriented to customer service and can work in a team.
Basic knowledge of reservation systems and hotel management software is an advantage.
